GWE Speaker Series
The annual Graduate Women in Engineering Speaker Series is BACK! The speaker series aims to provide current engineering graduate students the opportunity to hear the stories of successful women engineers. This event will happen on Tuesday, April 15th, 6-7pm, and dinner will be provided. Come hear the story of Professor Sewon Min, an incoming Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Berkeley, discussing how she navigated her career and balances personal and professional decisions.

📍 Location: Etcheverry Hall, Room 1165, and on zoom.
Food will be provided at this event for those attending in person. Please RSVP here by Monday, April 14, 2025, by noon so we can ensure we have enough food for everyone.

Board members serve for one academic year with leadership transitioning over the summer. It's a great way to get involved, gain leadership experience, and give back to the community by organizing events/enabling GWE to continue hosting events!

- Fill out the nomination form for yourself or someone else. Submit the form once for each person you wish to nominate. Self-nominations are encouraged!
- We will email nominees to let them accept or reject their nominations.
- Nominees who accept will be listed on this sheet.

The Gender Equity Resource Center is hosting Grad Women* X Queer Grads Basket weaving event. We will host a basket weaving event at the MCC with Cal alum Summer Chupco-Boyajian! We welcome all queer grads and all grads who experience life through the lens of woman* past, present, future, and fluid. Please see the flier for our upcoming event and to RSVP.
