Self Care Workshop by Graduate Womxn Project / Women of Color Initiative
Thursday, November 5 from 5-6pm
WOCI, GWP and SOGA will be hosting a self-care workshop that is open to all.
This is a time for us to get together, connect and decompress.
The workshop will be:
Grounding in the Storm: Self-Care in Times of Chaos
by Jihan McDonald. In this workshop, we'll practice body-based tools for
managing stress and overwhelming emotions to keep ourselves resourced and
resilient during these unpredictable and often challenging times. Our main
tools will be meditation, visualization, healing hands work, and conversation.
